Birria is a slow-braised beef stew from Jalisco, Mexico—tender, rich, and deeply spiced. We serve it as tacos dunked in golden consommé, or swimming in our signature Birria Ramen. One bite and you’ll understand why people drive across town for this.

Birria Nachos
Birria nachos: juicy birria stacked on chips with nacho cheese, grilled jalapeños, onion & cilantro. Perfect as an appetizer too.

Birria burrito slow-cooked, flavorful beef birria rolled with Monterey cheese, rice, beans, onions, and fresh cilantro in a warm, toasted flour tortilla.

The Taco Spot started in 2020 when two brothers, Jorge and Jesus Ruiz, began making their secret birria recipe and selling tacos from a barbershop in Chandler, Arizona.
The food was so good, word spread fast. By the time the pandemic ended, they opened their first restaurant. Then another.
Then they started franchising.
Today: 27 locations across 5 states—and we’re just getting started.
